Questions before we spray
Will a 2K finish chip like painted doors?
Two-pack polyurethane cures chemically into one hard, flexible film rather than drying as a soft paint skin, so it shrugs off steam, grease and daily wiping. We spray it at a 30% satin sheen so it reads as a factory finish with no brush or roller marks.
Do my doors leave the house?
Yes. Doors, drawer fronts and plinths come back to our heated spray booth at Unit 4, Haddricks Mill Trade Park, South Gosforth. The fixed frames, end panels and island stay in place and are masked and sprayed on site.
Which colours can you spray?
Any Farrow & Ball or Little Greene colour. We spray finish swatches and samples first, and you approve them in your own kitchen light before a single door is coated.
What does the guide price include?
All hardware removal, intensive degreasing, key-sanding, priming and the 2K topcoat, then re-hanging and re-fitting your handles. Your written quote is fixed once Paul has surveyed the kitchen.
Are you insured?
We carry £5,000,000 Public & Employers' Liability cover with Hiscox, policy PL-8841209, and the certificate comes with your written quote.

Paul and Sam inspect every sprayed door in our South Gosforth workshop before it goes back on its hinges, checking edges, sheen and colour against the sample you approved.
Our 20-year commitment: every kitchen is hand-finished by our own spray finishers, never handed to agency sub-contractors.
